Prior to joining CNC AG, Jörg Graf zu Dohna was founder and CFO of Tadoro AG.
Previously, Jörg Graf zu Dohna assisted and implemented various transactions (MBO, MBI) in his role as Investment Manager at
GBK-AG. This followed various positions within the privatisation department of the Berlin Treuhandanstalt.
He has relevant experience in investor relations, private equity, privatisations and in company formation, financing and organization.
He studied forestry science in Göttingen and completed an MBA program at the University of Wales in Cardiff.
