Who we are

CNC is constantly striving to provide first-class consultancy services. Our approaches are creative, innovative, and at the same time pragmatic and workable.

We only ever give advice that has already been successfully tried and tested. This sets us apart from other consultancies. Most of of our consultants bring with them many years of operative and strategic experience from a wide variety of areas.

Interdisciplinary and international  We adivse in all areas of communication strategy and are therefore able to respond to various and changing market needs. From the very beginning we have been an internationally positioned business and we work closely with our colleagues abroad. Many of our projects involve tackling international issues. This cooperation is greatly assisted by the fact that we are independent and each of our offices is "100% CNC".

Network  The "N" for network lies at the heart of CNC. CNC has an extensive and well-developed network within the media, the economic and financial communities as well as German and European political spheres. The majority of our contracts develop through recommendations from current or former clients, or from the strong relationships between our employees and relevant decision-makers.

"Go the extra mile"  Our objective is to develop customised, intelligent solutions for our clients and to thereby secure our reputation as trustworthy and reliable. Committed client-orientation is always top of our priorities. One of the main factors for success here is understanding our clients. We often go the extra mile to exceed our clients' expectations, or to anticipate their needs and requirements.

"Communication matters"  One thing we all have in common is a passion for all things to do with communications; to us, "communication matters". We also share the ambition to always develop a new strategy first, and to not just be an extended workbench for our clients. This is why we are usually appointed by top management. We also support the implementation of measures resulting from the strategies and often work together with our clients' communications representatives in this project phase.

Entrepreneurial spirit  We put extra emphasis on entrepreneurial thinking and action, independent work, flexibility and initiative. Since we are still a very young organisation, each employee is encouraged to question established practices and to contribute to the business's further development.

We grant our consultants and employees a great deal of flexibility and creative leeway, and in return we expect a high degree of dedication and a distinct sense of responsibility. Despite its strong growth, CNC stays a company of manageable size, where open and direct contact with colleagues is cultivated/encouraged and appreciated. We have set ourselves the goal of conserving the open culture of the company, regardless of its growth and increasing international presence. Within our “liquid organization,” a unique principle of internal organisation and structure, we work non-dogmatically and without barriers, with an emphasis on apolitical cooperation.
