CNC is an international corporate consultancy firm which advises multi-nationals, large corporations, mid-cap companies, institutions and individuals on all aspects of strategic communications. We employ around 100 highly qualified individuals in fourteen locations across Europe, North and South America as well as Asia. The majority of our consultants have significant operational and managerial experience and come from positions in industry, politics, journalism and associated fields. This wealth of expertise means that we can offer our clients consultancy services based on an understanding of the needs and perspective of senior management.

In 2011, CNC ranked second in mergermarket’s M&A ranking for Germany, based on transaction volume. By advising 25 Prime Standard IPOs on the Deutsche Börse since 2005, CNC remains the market leader in Germany. And over the past seven years, CNC has provided strategic communications guidance to over 500 clients, including more than half of all Dax-30 companies.
