Marc Lemcke is a founding partner of CNC and heads its New York office. Mr. Lemcke directly develops and manages integrated communications and crisis management programs for large and mid-sized corporations.
Before heading CNC's New York based operations, Mr. Lemcke was Chief Operating Officer of CNC AG, based in Munich. In that capacity, he managed media, financial relations, crisis counselling as well as communications for major European equity transactions, including one which was awarded Best German M&A Deal of the Year by the Financial News Awards for Corporate Excellence in Capital Markets.
Prior to founding CNC, Mr. Lemcke was Senior Manager of Corporate Communications with DaimlerChrysler AG, where he managed a US and German-based team responsible for global communications support and major transaction communications. He was also the Managing Director of DaimlerChrysler TV Media, a major TV and media services provider in Germany.
Mr. Lemcke's communications background began with Kraft Foods in product developing marketing and later at DaimlerChrysler, where he served in various positions including the Chairman's Planning Staff and the Corporate Strategy department.
Marc Lemcke graduated with a joint degree in Business Administration and Japanese Studies from the University of Applied Science in Rheinland-Pfalz and obtained his MBA in media management from Steinbeis University in Berlin. He served as an aide to the former Minister of Economic Planning in Japan. Mr. Lemcke is a Zeit-Foundation alumni and member of the "Atlantik-Brücke", the oldest German-American friendship organization.
