Prior to joining CNC AG as Partner, Bernhard Meising held the Position as Managing Director with Citigate Dewe Rogerson, Germany. In this position he was involved in most IPO- and M&A-Activities with a total volume of more than € 100 billion in Germany since 1996 (Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Post, Postbank, Lufthansa, Siemens, Infineon, Deutsche Börse, E.ON, RWE, RAG, Linde, Mannesmann, ProSieben, Saban Capital Group, Fraport, EADS, Procter & Gamble, Deutsche Bahn et al.)
In 1995 and 1996 he was with the Communication Department of Deutsche Telekom where he was responsible for the IPO in 1996.
After graduating from university Meising started his career with the munich based office of Philip Morris "Worldwide Audit Organisation".
Bernhard Meising studied business and economics in Koblenz, Bath and Lyon. He holds a degree from the WHU - Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management in Koblenz.
